We've redesigned this collar to make it even stronger than ever before. Based on our classic Fetters design but made with durable rubber for strength and internally lined with rolled neoprene for comfort. Each belt hole is fitted with a strong grommet and the hardware is nickel plated steel, so you have no fear of anything ripping or breaking. Locking post for added security.
Customers have asked for more 'wet friendly' gear - so besides being perfectly comfortable, our neoprene bondage gear is completely water and sweat compatible. Just wash when done and you'll be good to go for next time.
Neoprene is also a great option for guys interested in a vegan alternative to leather.
With a height of 2.5" inches and an interior circumference from 12" to 18.5".(In order to use the locking mechanism your neck size cannot exceed 16".)

Wash with room-temperature water and dish soap. Air dry.
