We recommend the small one for most women and the medium one for most men. You'll need a really big mouth for the large one.
Adjustable neck strap will fit a wide variety of heads. Locking post allows you to attach a small keyed alike lock.
The Synthetic Rubber (latex free) that covers the ball extends out to cover the mouth straps and makes this extremely comfortable on the corners of your boy's mouth.
